Membership of the GPCC is open to all Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches as well as Parachurch Organizations in Ghana.

How to Apply
  1. Download the official Membership Application Form using the button below.
  2. Print and complete all 23 sections clearly in ink.
  3. Attach all required supporting documents (see checklist on the right).
  4. Have the form signed by your General Secretary and Head Pastor, and stamped with the Church Stamp.
  5. Submit the completed form and attachments to the National Secretariat.

Mode Of Application
Provide the full name of your Church or Ministry, the physical location of the Church/Ministry office (with a visible signpost reference), postal address, e-mail address, and website.
State the name and designation of the Head Pastor/General Overseer, when and where the Founder was born again, the date and details of ordination, who ordained the Founder, and the denomination of the officiating minister. A brief history of the Founder/Head Pastor and of the officiating minister should be provided on a separate sheet.
Indicate the number of local (Ghana) and external/foreign branches, total number of church workers (full-time pastors, unpaid/tent ministry pastors, and paid auxiliary staff), and total church membership broken down by adult and children for both local and external congregations.
  • Current names and contacts of Church Officers — National Executive and Board of Trustees (attach a copy)
  • Constitution and Tenets of Faith — 3 copies
  • Organisational Structure (attach a copy)
  • Certificate of Registration from the Registrar General’s Department (attach a copy)
  • Brief history of your Church/Ministry (use a separate sheet)
Provide the names of two referees, one of whom must be an existing Full Member of GPCC. Include a recommendation letter from your GPCC Regional Chairman. Additionally, state any Social Development Projects your church is currently involved in (e.g. Schools, Hospitals, Street Kids outreach). The form must be signed by both the General Secretary and Head Pastor and bear the Church Stamp with date.
